The kids loved the indoor play area and the pool was still fun for everyone. We appreciated the early check-in that allowed us to settle in before the chaos of the day began.

The king suite offered ample space and a comfortable bed, making for a restful stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with options like an omelet bar and crepes. However, some areas felt dated, and while the staff were pleasant, they seemed overwhelmed during busy periods.

The spacious suite made our stay truly enjoyable, especially traveling with young kids. The waterpark area next to the pool was a hit, with the kids loving the frog slide. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the mini fridge was a convenient addition. With restaurants nearby, including a McDonald's across the street, it made dining easy. A great family choice! However, some areas of the property felt a bit dated, and the lack of a hot tub by the pool was disappointing.

The spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was perfect for our family with children. We enjoyed the scenic view and appreciated the hotel's close proximity to stores. The resort-style swimming pool was outstanding, offering both excitement for the kids and tranquility for adults. However, the staff was unresponsive regarding our request for an upgrade when checking in, and the breakfast, while adequate, didn't meet our expectations from prior visits. Overall, a solid but not exceptional stay.

During my recent weekend stay, I loved being just a short walk from D.F. Buchmiller County Park, a beautiful green space perfect for leisurely strolls, and it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the Neighborhoods of Old Town Lancaster were only about 4 km away, offering charming streets and historic landmarks to explore. my family really enjoyed the comfortable Queen Room with Two Queen Beds we booked, but the hotel could improve the dining options for a better overall experience.

This place has a fantastic indoor pool area with a kids' water playground. The gym was impressive for such a hotel, and I loved the chic lobby vibe. Plus, the fresh cookies at check-in are a sweet touch!

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the indoor pool and the arcade. The location is perfect for a day out at the Lancaster Central Farmers Market and shopping at the outlets. A highlight was the golf course and putting range – it was such a fun experience!

The only downside was the air conditioning in our room. it cycled on and off intermittently, which was a bit annoying during our stay.

One hiccup was that the elevators could get really cramped, especially with wet kids and bags, which was less than ideal.
